During my recent stay at A&O Leipzig Hauptbahnhof, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience this hotel offered. Nestled in a beautifully refurbished former imperial post office, its prime location directly opposite the Zentral Omni Bus and a quick five-minute walk to the Central Station made it an ideal base for exploring Leipzig's vibrant city centre. The communal areas were fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere to mingle, and although I didn't indulge in the breakfast, I was impressed by the inviting dining room adorned with a chandelier. With amenities like a billiards table and a secure area for bicycles - perfect for creative souls like myself who appreciate a bit of adventure - A&O provides a unique travel experience that feels balanced between professional and personal exploration. While the occasional noise from a school group in the corridor was a minor hiccup, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, along with the genuinely helpful staff, ensured my stay was enjoyable.
